“The Inn was a wonderful place to stay. The home and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were large, and the bathroom areas were updated & offered plenty of room. The breakfast each morning was excellent. Bill & Mary were wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend this Inn to anyone staying in the area, you won’t be disappointed.”

“We really enjoyed this stay, as we did last year. It is a beautiful house converted into ta B&B. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to downtown Waynesville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Our room was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed the patio and the main sitting area. Bill and Mary are great hosts.”

“Our experience was top notch. This was my first stay in a bed and breakfast, and I will probably never do a hotel again. Mary and Bill were just the right amount of available but not in the way, or intrusive. So relaxing. Our views were incredible in the common areas and breakfast space not to mention the breakfast. “We love staying at this Inn. Mary and Bill are very personable and accommodating. Mary provided delicious gluten free breakfasts and afternoon snacks which are much appreciated when traveling. The living room and outdoor patio are great places to relax and read the numerous guides and local tourist magazines provided. The beds are quite comfortable, and the rooms are nicely decorated. Special touches such as robes are always welcome when staying at a B&B with a friend. It is very close to downtown Waynesville, so a drive to one of the great restaurants is quite short. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting this area.”
