Chewy Peanut Butter Bars
If you love peanut butter, you'll think you died and went to peanut butter heaven! Its just that good. Wait until you try them right out of the oven when they are still warm and gooey. I just drooled on myself thinking about them!
Ingredients:
5 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
1 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9 x 9" pan. Directions:
- Combine Butter, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Peanut Butter, Eggs and Vanilla with mixer until creamy.
- In a separate bowl combine Flour, Baking Powder and Salt and sift.
- Add Oatmeal to flour mixture and stir
- Add flour mixture to creamed mixture and blend.
- Spread into greased 9 x 9 inch pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
- Let cool completely before cutting

Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake
This coffee cake may remind you of grandma, but wait until the odor of cinnamon begins to takeover your kitchen. Trust me, you won't care what it reminds you of, you just want to dive in! I suggest waiting until it comes out of the oven before doing that. We can't be responsible for burn injuries due to our irresistable recipes.
Ingredients:
Cake:
½ Cup Butter, Softened
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
½ Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 Pkg. (18 ½ oz.) Butter Golden Cake Mix
1 Cup Sour Cream
Filling:
½ Cup Chopped Walnuts
¼ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
4 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
Topping:
¼ Cup Flour
¼ Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
¼ Cup Butter ( not Softened)
Directions:
1. Combine all Filling ingredients, set aside.
2. In Large bowl mix Butter, oil, and sugar, mix well.
3. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each egg.
4. Gradually add cake mix and mix well.
5. Beat in sour cream just until combined.
6. Pour ½ cake batter into greased 9x13 baking pan.
7. Sprinkle filling over cake batter.
8. Pour second ½ of cake batter onto filling. Cut through with a knife to swirl.
9. For Topping: combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
